| 摘 要： | 目的：了解腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者抗菌药物的使用情况。方法：对我院2008年108例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应用抗菌药物的合理性进行回顾性分析。结果：抗菌药物使用率为100%,使用频度最高的药品为注射用奥硝唑,其次为乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液、注射用头孢米诺钠等。多数抗菌药物DUI〈1.0,术后使用时间〈2d,单用或二联用药分别占41.67%和58.33%。结论：我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期抗菌药物的应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative use of antibiotics in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.METHODS：A retrospective study was conducted on 108 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 2008 in respect of the rationality of the antibiotic use.RESULTS：All patients（100%）were administered with antibiotics,with Ornidazole for Injection topping the lead in terms of DDDs,followed by Levofloxacin Lactate and Sodium Chloride Injection and Cefminox for Injection et al.The drug utilization index（DUI）of most of the antibiotics was less than 1.0 and the duration of postoperative use of antibiotics was less than 2 days.The proportion for antibiotics used in single kind stood at 41.67% vs.58.33% in combination of two kinds.CONCLUSION：The perioperative use of antibiotics in our hospital for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was basically rational. |
