奥沙利铂加卡培他滨治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

目的：研究奥沙利铂（Oxaliplatin）、卡培他滨（Capecitabine）联合化疗对晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：治疗组45例采用奥沙利铂加卡培他滨，3周为1周期；对照组50例治疗方法为奥沙利铂加氟尿嘧啶及亚叶酸钙，3周为1周期；两组均连用3周为1疗程，然后评定疗效。结果：治疗组45例有效率为51.1％，无进展中住生存期9.1个月；对照组有效率为48％，无进展中位生存期7.8个月。两组有效率对比差异无显著性（P〉0.05），但无进展中位生存期卡方检验结果比较：治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05），分剐为90％和73.1％。主要不良反应为静脉炎及末梢神经炎，血液毒性轻微。结论：奥沙利铂加卡培他滨是治疗晚期胃癌安全有效的方案。

Clinical Efficacy of Oxaliplatin plus Capecitabine in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Oxaliplatin plus Capecitabine in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. METHODS： 45 patients （trial group ） were assigned to receive with Oxaliplatin plus Capecitabine for 3 weeks （one cycle）,and 50 （control group） to receive Oxaliplatin plus fluracil and calcium folinate for 3 weeks （one cycle）. The curative efficacy in the two groups was evaluated after 1-cycle treatment. RESULTS： There were no significant differences between the trial group and the control group in response rate （51.1% vs. 48 %, P 〉 0.05） ; however,significant differences were noted between the two groups in progression-free median survival time compared chisquare test results （9.1 months of trial group vs. 7.8 months of control group, or 90 % vs. 73.1%, P 〈 0.05）. The major side effects include phlebitis and peripheral neuritis but the hematotoxicity was mild. CONCLUSION： Treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer with Oxaliplatin plus Capecitabine is safe and effective.
