咸宁市学龄前儿童口腔卫生知识教育效果评价

摘    要:目的了解咸宁市学龄前儿童对口腔卫生知识的知晓情况,探讨对学龄前儿童进行口腔健康教育的有效措施。方法2003年10-12月对咸宁市城区6所小学学前儿童496名进行共9学时、为期9周的儿童口腔卫生知识健康教育,并对学龄前儿童授课前后口腔健康知识和行为进行问卷调查。结果儿童对口腔健康知识回答平均正确率由授课前的56.72%增加到授课后的89.85%,授课前后比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);儿童口腔卫生行为形成率由授课前的57.53%增加到授课后的88.78%,授课前后比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论对学龄前儿童进行口腔卫生知识健康教育和宣传牙病预防知识,可以培养儿童养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,树立预防牙病的正确观念,提高儿童口腔健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the knowledge of preschool children about oral health in Xianning, and to study the effective measures of oral health education among preschool children. Methods From October to December in 2003, oral health course was given to 496 preschool children in 6 primary schools in Xianning, which amounted to 9 classes hours and lasted 9 weeks. Questionnaire investigation was taken before and after giving lessons. Results After giving lessons, the correct answer rate of oral health and the rate of oral health behaviors were 89. 85% and 88. 78% , which were increased from 56.72% and 57.53 % (both P < 0.01). Conclusion Giving oral health education and publicizing teeth disease prevention knowledge to preschool children can cultivate children's good oral habits and improve their oral health status.
