胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸腔积液的临床观察

目的探讨向胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效。方法 2009年1月至2011年1月收治结核性胸腔积液患者40例,进行随机分组,治疗组20例胸穿后胸腔内注入尿激酶10万U,对照组20例只做胸穿,尽可能抽液,未注入尿激酶。结果与对照组相比,治疗组症状缓解率明显升高,胸水消失天数明显缩短,胸膜粘连发生率低。结论胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸腔积液,明显缩短住院时间,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Chest Urokinase Injected in Treatment of Tuberculous Pleural Effusion

Objective Intrapleural urokinase in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods January 2009-January 2011 tuberculous pleural effusion treated 40 patients randomized,the treatment group,20 cases of thoracic wear after intrapleural urokinase 100000U,the control group of 20 patients only chest to wear,as fluid,not urokinase.Results Compared with the control group,treatment group was significantly higher rates of symptoms,pleural effusion disappeared significantly reduced the number of days,a low incidence of pleural adhesions.Conclusion Intrapleural urokinase in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion was significantly shorter hospital stay,improve patient quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
