300例异位妊娠的疗法分析

目的探讨异位妊娠的疗法分析。方法回顾性分析300例异位妊娠患者的诊治情况。结果 300例异位妊娠中采用非手术治疗65例,成功51例,成功率78.46%,失败14例;手术治疗249例,成功率100%。经病史、症状、体征、超声及血人绒毛膜促性腺激素检查来综合确定,手术病例均经病理证实,诊断符合率达100%。结论在目前的医疗条件,患者就诊及时,除少数需剖腹手术治疗外,绝大多数采用非手术治疗及熟练的腹腔镜手术治疗,效果良好。

Ectopic Pregnancy of the 300 Cases on Therapy analysis

Objective To study the treatment of ectopic pregnancy therapy analysis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 300 cases of ectopic pregnancy,the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Results 300 cases of ectopic pregnancy with nonoperative treatment in 65 cases,success 51 cases,the success rate 78.46%,14 cases failure;Surgery in 249 cases,the success rate of 100%.The history,symptoms,signs,ultrasound and human blood of human chorionic gonadotropin check to comprehensive sure,surgical cases were confirmed by pathology,diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion In the current medical condition,patients in hospital,in addition to the minority laparotomy treatment,most the nonoperative treatment and skilled laparoscopic surgery,and the effect is good.
