机械通气相关性肺炎分析及护理对策

目的探讨机械通气相关性肺炎的因素分析及相应护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2010年12月56例因机械通气导致相关性肺炎的患者病因分析及护理对策,并分析其临床意义。结果经应用综合性护理干预后,机械通气相关性肺炎56例中有43例,控制率达76.78%。的患者肺部感染得到控制,2例因原发病危重死亡,1例脑干脑炎患儿死亡,1例中毒患儿死亡。结论采取及时、有效、正确的机械通气方法和综合护理对策能显著控制机械通气相关性肺炎感染病情,降低并发症及病死率,值得临床应用。

The Analysis of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia and Nursing Strategy

Objective To investigate the mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia by factor analysis and the corresponding nursing countermeasure.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2008 January ~ 2010 December,56 patients from mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia etiology cause analysis and nursing countermeasures of patients,and evaluate its clinical significance.Results The application of comprehensive nursing intervention,56 cases of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia in 43 cases,control rate of 76.78%.Patients with pulmonary infection was controlled,2 cases because of the morbidity in critically ill death,1 cases of brainstem encephalitis in children with 1 cases of poisoning death,death in children.Conclusion Timely,effective,accurate mechanical ventilation method and comprehensive nursing measures can obviously control of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia infection disease,reduce complications and mortality,worthy of clinical application
