前路手术治疗胸腰段爆裂性骨折的疗效分析

目的分析和探讨前路手术治疗胸腰段爆裂性骨折的疗效。方法对我院2008年6月至2009年12月的37例胸腰段爆裂性骨折患者进行前路减压、植骨、内固定手术治疗,并进行术后随访,平均随访时间为12个月。结果 37例患者均得到良好复位,神经功能得到恢复,除A级中的1例外,A级中的另2例及B级、C级、D级患者的脊髓神经功能Frankel分级恢复均达到1～3级。结论前路手术能够解除脊髓压迫、恢复脊髓神经功能及脊柱序列,有助于脊柱的重建及稳定性的维持。

The Way the Surgical Treatment for Breast Waist Burst Fracture Analysis of Curative Effect

Objective To analysis and discusses the way for breast surgery waist of burst fracture curative effect.Methods In our hospital in June 2008 to December 2009,37 cases of breast and waist segment burst fracture patients for anterior decompression and,graft,internal fixation of surgical treatment,and patients were followed up,a mean follow-up of 12 months.Results 37 cases are all get good reset,and nerve function restoration,in addition to A level of 1 exception,A grade 2 cases and another of the grade B,C,D level level in patients with spinal neurological Frankel classification are all up to restore 1～3 grade.Conclusion The road before surgery to relieve spinal cord compression,restore spinal neurological and spinal sequence,help to the reconstruction of the spine and the maintenance of stability.
