胆囊肿瘤组织中CD44v6和C-erbB-2的表达及相关性研究

研究CD4 4v6和C -erbB - 2癌基因蛋白产物在胆囊癌组织中的表达与组织类型、病理分级和转移的关系 ,并探讨CD4 4v6与癌基因蛋白表达的相关性。应用催化信号放大免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 5 0例胆囊腺癌、2 0例胆囊腺瘤和 10例慢性胆囊炎组织中CD4 4v6和C -erbB - 2表达。结果显示 ,在胆囊癌中CD4 4v6和C -erbB - 2阳性表达率分别为 82 0 %和 6 6 0 %。两者表达阳性率在胆囊癌中均明显高于胆囊腺瘤 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并与胆囊癌的组织类型、病理分级和转移密切相关 (P <0 0 5 )。CD4 4v6表达与C -erbB - 2表达呈明显相关联 (P <0 0 5 )。CD4 4v6和C -erbB - 2均是胆囊癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要指标。胆囊癌CD4 4v6表达与C -erbB - 2蛋白表达具有相互协同作用的可能

Expression of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 in gallbladder neoplasms and their relatonship

To study the relationship of expression of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 oncogene with histological type,pathological grading and metastasis.Catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 in 50 cases with gallbladder carcinoma and 20cases with gallbladder adenoma and 10 cases with chronic cholecystitis.The positive rate of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 was 82 0% and 66 0% respectively,which was closely correlated to the histological type,pathological grading and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma(P<0 05).The expression of both CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 in gallbladder carcinoma were higher than that in gallbladder adenoma. The expression of CD44v6 was significantly correlated to the expression of C-erbB-2(P<0 05).CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 might be the important biologic markers to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.There might be coordinate regulation among them.
