添加抗抑郁药物治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的:探讨抗抑郁药物联合质子泵抑制剂(PPI)和胃肠动力药治疗功能消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年6月-2011年4月功能性消化不良患者152例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在口服奥美拉唑20mg,1次/d,莫沙必利片5mg,3次/d的基础上添加三环抗抑郁药多虑平25mg,每晚睡前1次;对照组仅给予奥美拉唑胶囊20mg,1次/d,莫沙必利片5mg,3次/d,治疗4周。结果:治疗组显效率为69.6%,总有效率为89.9%;对照组显效率为27.4%,总有效率为65.8%,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:功能性消化不良与精神心理因素有关,添加小剂量多虑平、质子泵抑制剂及胃肠动力药联合治疗FD可显著提高临床疗效,无明显副反应。

The Efficacy Observation of Antidepressant Therapy in Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of antidepressant drugs combined with proton pump inhibitors and gastrointestinal motility drugs in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:152 patients with functional dyspepsia were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were treated with 20mg omeprazole and 5mg mosapride citrate tables three times plus 25mg doxepin before sleep everyday;while the patients in control group were treated with 20mg omeprazole capsule and 5mg mosapride citrate tables three times everyday only for 4 weeks.Results:The obvious effective rate of treatment group was 69.6%,the total effective rate was 89.9%;the obvious effective rate of control group was 27.4%,the total effective rate was 65.8%,there was very significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:FD correlates with psychic factors,and antidepressant therapy in functional dyspepsia may significantly improve the clinical effect.
