| 摘 要： | 目的:促进腹股沟疝手术抗菌药物的合理使用。方法:回顾荆门市19家各级医院2011年1-3月和2012年1-3月腹股沟疝手术病例276例,观察其围手术期用药情况,评价其合理性。结果:干预前组抗菌药不合理使用率为95.5%,干预后组抗菌药不合理使用率为48.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前预防性应用抗菌药存在的用药起点过高、不合理联用等问题,在干预后均有明显改善。结论:腹股沟疝手术抗菌药物的使用需各方共同努力才能达到规范。

Analysis on Using Antibiotics about Inguinal Herniorrhaphy' Perioperative Period in Our City |

| Abstract: | Objective:To survey the usage of prophylactic antimicrobial agents in patients with inguinal herniorrhaphy in Jingmen area.Methods:To retrospective study 276 cases with inguinal herniorrhaphy between January to March in 2011 and 2012.Results:After intervention,unreasonable usage rate is lower(48.3%,P<0.05) than before intervention.In the same time,the problem about high starting point of using medicine and irrationally medicine combination are improved after intervention.Conclusion:Improper application of antibiotics in inguinal herniorrhaphy should be avoided. |
