柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎54例观察

目的探讨在常规应用非甾体抗炎药的基础上应用柳氮磺胺吡啶,对强直性脊柱炎的治疗价值。方法常规应用非甾体抗炎药的同时,柳氮磺胺吡啶第1周0.75 g/d,分3次口服;第2周1.5 g/d,分3次口服;第3周2.25 g/d,分3次口服,维持、观察3个月判定疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后血沉值显著降低,C-反应蛋白及血清免疫球蛋白IgA,IgG明显降低,Schober实验值明显增加,对晨僵、关节肿胀、关节压痛的有效率分别达:(88.3±7.8)%,(75.7±6.4)%,(79.2±7.0)%;总有效率为88.9%。结论柳氮磺胺吡啶对缓解临床症状及改善有关实验室指标的效果明显且快,关节功能恢复较好。

Application of Azulfidine to 54 Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To discuss the application of azulfidine to ankylosing spondylitis on the basis of non-steroids as anti-inflammatory agents.Methods Azulfidine was applied to the patients(n=54) with ankylosing spondylitis in addition to non-steroids.The dosage of azulfidine was 0.75g and 1.5g respectively in the first and the second week,and 2.25g for three months from the third week on.Then,the therapeutic effect was determined.Results Significant reduction in erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein,IgA and IgG in sera was recorded after treatment when they were compared with those before.Meanwhile,the value of Schober's test rose obviously.The total effecive rate was 88.9%,and the effective rates of morning stiffness,articular swelling and articular pain were 88.3%±7.8%,75.7%±6.4% and 79.2%±7.0%,respectively.Conclusion Azulfidine is effective on the alleviation of clinical symptoms and the improvement of laboratory indexes if applied to ankylosing spondylitis.
