| 摘 要： | 目的探讨孤独症儿童血浆多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)水平及其与孤独症临床症状之间的相关性。方法采用高效液相色谱分析法对30名孤独症儿童和20名正常儿童血浆n-3 PUFAs水平进行测定;选用Conner儿童行为量表(父母问卷)和孤独症刻板重复行为量表(RBS-R)对其临床特征进行评定,分析n-3 PUFAs含量与患儿行为间的关系。结果 孤独症组儿童血浆中亚麻酸(ALA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)以及总n-3 PUFAs水平较正常儿童下降(P<0.05),其中尤以DHA含量下降最为明显(P<0.01);n-6PUFAs水平无明显变化。孤独症儿童血DHA及总n-3 PUFAs水平与冲动-多动、多动指数、学习问题、焦虑、刻板行为、自伤行为、强迫行为、仪式行为和固定行为呈负相关。结论孤独症儿童血浆PUFAs水平比正常儿童低并与孤独症临床特征之间存在相关性。 |
