| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合护理干预对老年尿失禁患者生活质量和疗效的影响。方法：将60例老年尿失禁患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。两组均给予基本治疗和常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给于综合护理干预。1年后采用健康状况问卷（SF-36维度）评价两组患者干预前后的生活质量水平及疗效。结果：两组治疗前的SF-36维度（生理功能,躯干疼痛,总体健康,精力,社会功能,情感职能和精神健康）比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预护理后,干预组的SF-36维度评分较对照组或干预前明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。1年后干预组患者治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：综合护理干预老年尿失禁患者实施护理干预可提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
