| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合康复治疗在防治老年人卧床不起及其并发症中的作用。方法 109例接受康复治疗的卧床不起状态的住院老年患者为康复组;随机抽取同期未接受康复治疗的卧床不起状态的住院老年患者100例为对照组。比较两组治疗前后卧床不起的发生率、相关并发症及改良Barthel指数(MBI)。结果 治疗后康复组MBI显著高于对照组,卧床不起及相关并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P=0.00)。结论规范的综合康复治疗可以有效地扭转老年患者的卧床不起状态,减少相关并发症的发生,提高患者的日常生活活动能力。 |
