| 摘 要： | 目的了解医学院校女生对艾滋病知识的掌握情况,并对艾滋病健康教育前后知识知晓率进行比较,为寻求艾滋病知识传播的有效途径提供依据。方法随机抽取某医学院校107名预防专业女生进行艾滋病相关知识教育,在艾滋病知识授课前后分别进行了艾滋病相关知识问卷,并对回答结果进行对比分析。结果在艾滋病知识授课前,医学院女生对艾滋病的认知不够,对一些具体日常接触行为不能准确回答,授课后她们对艾滋病知识的正确回答率明显提高。结论课堂讲授是提高医学生艾滋病知识知晓率的有效途径,应引起重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand female students' knowledge on AIDS and evaluate the effectiveness of health education interventions among them, so as to offer scientific data for carrying out AIDS health education more effectively. Methods 107 medical college female students from department of public health were randomly selected to assess their knowledge of AIDS with a self-administered questionnaire before and after AIDS health education respectively. Results Research findings showed the students' knowledge about AIDS before education was not complete, for example they couldn't decide whether some daily contact actions would transmit AIDS or not exactly; after education, they could answer the questions about AIDS more exactly. Conclusion AIDS health education was the effective measure to enhance medical college students' cognition about AIDS, so it should be paid more attention. |
