尿甘油三酯测定替代尿乳糜定性试验

目的 探讨尿甘油三酯测定与尿乳糜定性试验的关系,以取而代之。方法 对33例乳糜性尿液同时作尿乳糜定性试验和尿甘油三酯测定。结果 试验组33例乳糜尿乳糜定性试验阳性,甘油三酯含量为3．2—40．4mmo1／L,两者的关系为正相关关系。对照组31份非乳糜性尿液甘油三酯测定不显色。结论 尿甘油三酯测定,可以正确反映轧糜尿中脂肪含量,且简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可以替代尿乳糜定性试验。

Determining the Triglycerides in Urine Substitutes for the Chylus Qualitative Tests of Urine

Objective Treat the relationship between determining the triglycerides in urine and the chylus qualitative tests of urine so that the former can subatitute for the latter. Methods Determining the trigiycerides while doing chylus qualitative tests in 33 samples of chyluria. Results In the testing group of 33 samples of chyluria. the chylus qualitative tests were positive and the triglyceridts" concentration ranged from 3. 2 to 40. 4 mmol/L. The relationship of them was positive relative to. In the contrasting group of 31 samples of nonchyluria, the triglycerids could not be determined out and the chylus qualitative tests of urine were negative. Conclusion Determining the triglycerids in urine can reflect accurately the co-centration of the fat in the chylusia and it can substitute for the chylus qualitative tests of urine.
