| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the risk variate which influence axillary lymph node metastasis (ALNM) in Uygur patients with breast cancer.Methods256 cases of female Uygur patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analysed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.ResultsUnivariate analysis showed that 6 variates including pregnancy times,diameter of primary tumor,location of tumor,circumferential invasion and Her-2 entered the logistic equation.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that pregnancy times,diameter of primary tumor and circumferential invasion were the risk variates of ALNM.ConclusionMore pregnancy times,larger diameter of primary tumor and circumferential invasion were the high risk factors for predicate ALNM. |
