LASIK术前用药时间与清洁结膜囊效果比较

目的观察LASIK术前用药的最低安全时间及清洁结膜囊的临床效果.方法连续的LASIK术前病例135例(270只眼),按术前用药时间分为0、1、2、3、4天组,分别于用药前、用药后及洗眼后进行结膜囊细菌培养.结果各组病例用药前结膜囊细菌培养阳性率为50.37%;用药后2天组结膜囊细菌培养阳性率为2.86%,0、1、3、4天组均为0.洗眼后各组结膜囊细菌培养阳性率均为0.结论 LASIK术前有必要局部滴用抗生素滴眼液;手术当日每小时1次,连续4次或更长时间用药可达到清洁结膜囊的目的.

A clinical study on times of using topical antibiotics and the sterilization effects in conjunctival sac before LASIK

OBJECTIVE To observe the minimum safe times of using topical antibiotics and the sterilization effects in the conjunctival sac before LASIK.METHODS Consecutive before LASIK cases (135 patients, 270 eyes) had divided into 5 groups based on the times of using antibiotics, as 0 day group,1 day group,2 day group,3 day group and 4 day group respectively.Bacterial culture was performed before and after using topical antibiotics and after cleaned respectively.RESULTS The cultured positive results were found in One hundred and thirty-six cases (50.37%) before using antibiotics;The positive results was 2 cases(2.86%) in the 2 day group after using antibiotics.There were cultured negative results in others.No cases was cultured positive in all groups in the cleaned conjunctiva sacs.CONCLUSION Topical antibiotics must be used before LASIK was performed.At the day of operation topical antibiotics once a hour for 4 times or even more, which is effective on sterilization of conjunctival sac before LASIK.
