布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

目的：观察吸入布地奈德气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期患者的疗效。方法：将71例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组（36例）和对照组（35例）。两组均给予氧疗、抗感染、祛痰、解痉等对症治疗。两组1个月内均未使用过糖皮质激素。治疗组在上述常规治疗基础上加用布地奈德气雾剂支气管吸入。观察治疗后患者喘息、气短、胸闷等症状缓解情况，治疗2周用肺功能测量仪测量1s用力呼气容积（FEV．）与用力肺活量（FVC）。结果：治疗组临床缓解有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．01，治疗组1s用力呼气容积和用力肺活量较对照组明显改善（P〈0．01）。结论：吸入布地奈德气雾剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期有较好的疗效．能显著缓解胸闷、喘息、气短症状．有效改善肺功能。

Observation on the effect of Budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective：To observe the effect of Budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： 71 cases of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were chosen and divided in two group, the treatment group included 36 cases ,the comparative group included 35 cases. All patients were treated with oxygen, anti-infective ,expectorant ,antispasmodic and other symptomatic supportive care. Two groups all did not use glucocorticoid within one month. The treatment group was added budesonide inhalation aerosol on the basis of the above-mentioned treatment, after treating, observed the defusing situation of the patients＇ wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness and other symptoms, then measured FEVl and FVC by lung function measurement after 2 weeks. Results： The clinical remission rate of the treatment group was significantly higher the comparative group （P〈0.01）, FEV1 and FVC of the treatment group was significantly improved（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The effect of Budesonide inhalation aerosol in the treatment of the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease：Budesonide inhalation aerosol can significantly relieve chest tightness, wheezing, shortness of breath symptoms, effective in improving lung function.
