吡喃阿霉素膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发

目的　评价吡喃阿霉素 (THP)膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效和安全性。　方法　对 45例浅表性膀胱癌患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术 (TURBt)或膀胱部分切除术 ,术后定期应用THP(4 0mg/ 40ml)膀胱内灌注 ,每次药物在膀胱内保留 30min。　结果　 45例患者随访 9～ 12个月 ,无肿瘤复发 44例 (97.8% ) ,复发 1例。未见有全身性药物不良反应 ,仅 2例膀胱灌药后出现短时间轻度膀胱刺激症状。　结论　THP膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发疗效满意 ,病人耐受性好 ,副作用小

Intravesical instillation of pirarubicin in the prophylaxis of local recurrence after resection of the superficial bladder cancer

Objective To evaluate the intravesical instillation of pirarubicin (THP) after resection of superficial bladder cancer. Methods In 45 patients after transurethral resection of the superficial bladder cancer or partial cystectomy,intravesical instillation of THP was given once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month until one year after surgery.The dose of THP was 40mg dissolved in 40ml of 5% glucose solution and retained in the bladder for 30 minutes.The patients have been followed up for 9 to 12 months. Results 44 of the 45 patients have been free from the tumor (97.8%).Tumor recurrence occurred only in 1 patient 6 months after the initial surgery.Transitory bladder irritation was noted only in 2 cases.No systemic side effect has been observed. Conclusions Intravesical instillation of THP has been effective against local recurrence of superficial bladder cancer with least side effects.
