目的：为掌握本公司女职工妇科病发病情况，有效控制妇女常见病的发病情况，并为制定有效防治措施提供依据。方法：把兰州铝业有限公司女职工1998年7月～2008年6月每2年1次共6次妇科病普查结果分为两组分析。结果：高发疾病前5位依次是乳腺增生、宫颈炎、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、附件囊肿。结论：本公司女职工每2年1次的妇科病普查普治，对早期发现，早期治疗各类妇科疾病，提高妇女健康水平有极其重要的意义。加强健康教育，提高妇女的自我保健意识，是提高妇科病普查普治率的重要措施。完善规范，普查项目是提高普查质量的关键；实施针对性治疗．可降低常见病的发病率。
