| 摘 要： | 鉴于目前我国护理人员在护理科研中利用质性研究方法探讨护理现象较少的状况，介绍了质性研究在护理实践中的应用意义，目的和与量性研究的区别，对常见的质性研究方法：现象学研究，民俗学研究，根基理论研究做了比较分析，详细描述了研究程度和资料分析方法，以指导护理人员开展护理科研。

| Abstract: | In view of the status quo of nursing research in our country, seeing that only a few of nursing research has probed into nursing phenomena by using the qualitative research. This article introduced both the significance and the objective of qualitative research in nursing practice and compared it with quantitative research. It has analyzed common methods of qualitative research including phenomenology, ethnology, and grounded theory. It depicted in detail about research procedure and data analyzing method, so that it can give nursing staffs some instructions to engage in nursing research. |
