依托必利联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的:观察依托必利联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将98例功能性消化不良患者随机1:1分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予依托必利(50mg,tid,饭前15～30min服用)治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用阿米替林(25mg,bid),比较2组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治愈32例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率为85.7%;对照组治愈23例,有效12例,无效14例,总有效率为71.4%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应总发生率为46.9%,对照组为44.9%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依托必利联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良效果较好,不良反应轻微。

Efficacy Observation of Itopride Combined with Amitriptyline in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

OBJECTIVE：To explore the comprehensive effect of itopride combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.METHODS：98 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was treated with itopride（50 mg,tid,15～30 min a.c.）.On the basis of itopride,treatment group was additionally treated with amitriptyline（25 mg,bid）.Clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS：In treatment group,32 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,7 cases were failure,total effective rate was 85.7%.In control group,23 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,14 cases were failure,total effective rate was 71.4%.There was significant difference in total effective rate between 2 groups（P0.01）.The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group.The total incidence of adverse drug reactions was 46.9% for treatment group and 44.9% for control group.There was no significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Itopride combined with amitriptyline is good for the treatment of functional dyspepsia without serious adverse drug reactions.
