| 胸腔内注入尿激酶对金葡素治疗多房性包裹性恶性胸腔积液疗效的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腔内注入尿激酶对金葡素治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌所致多房性包裹性恶性胸腔积液疗效的影响。方法:将39例晚期非小细胞肺癌合并多房性包裹性恶性胸腔积液的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组20例患者胸腔应用尿激酶后充分引流胸腔积液,再行胸腔注射金葡素治疗;对照组19例患者直接引流胸腔积液后于胸腔注射金葡素治疗。同时,2组患者均采用长春瑞滨+顺铂化疗。观察2组患者的疗效和胸腔积液控制时间,并记录不良反应。结果:治疗组胸腔积液控制总有效率为85.0%,对照组为47.4%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。胸腔积液控制时间治疗组较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔内注入尿激酶明显提高了金葡素治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌所致多房性包裹性恶性胸腔积液的有效率,且显著缩短了胸腔积液的控制时间。 |
