| 摘 要： | 目的:观察尿激酶与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将我院2008年3月-2010年3月期间收治的52例急性脑梗死患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。2组患者经明确诊断后均给予依达拉奉(30mg,bid)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用尿激酶(20万U,qd)联合治疗,治疗前后比较2组的疗效、日常生活能力评分(ADL)及神经功能缺损评分(ESS)。结果:治疗后与对照组比较,观察组痊愈率和总有效率以及治疗后的ADL评分均明显提高,而治疗后的ESS评分则明显降低,2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论:尿激酶与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死,其疗效确切,且不良反应少。 |
