临床药师参与1例高血压3级患者用药分析与用药教育实践体会

目的:探讨临床药师参与高血压患者用药分析与用药教育的方法。方法:跟踪1例高血压3级患者住院期间主要治疗药物,结合患者病史、住院期间的各项检查及诊疗经过,进行用药分析及对患者进行用药教育。结果:患者通过采用多种降压药联合治疗,减少了不良反应,有效防止了靶器官损害,使血压维持至理想水平。结论:临床药师参与高血压患者的药物治疗,可以促进临床合理用药,提高患者用药的依从性,发挥药物治疗的最佳效应。
