摘    要:
本文就使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪同时测定尿液中镍、铬元素含量的方法进行了研究。样品经简单稀释后直接进样,采用动态反应池技术消除离子干扰,并使用内标进行校正。尿液中镍、铬元素的检出限分别为0.06μg/L和0.001μg/L,检测相对标准偏差在1.4%~4.7%间,加标回收率为99.1%~102.4%,同时质控样品值也落入可信参考范围。本方法样品处理简单,测量快速、灵敏、准确,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
To develop a method on simultaneous determining Nickel and Chromium in urine by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS).The samples were diluted directly and analyzed by using an internal standard and the dynamic reaction cell technology eliminates the ion interference.The result showed that the detection limit of Nickel in urine is 0.06 μg/L and Chromium is 0.001μg/L,the relative standard deviation of Nickel and Chromium were between 1.4% and 4.7%,the recovery rates were between 95% and 106%,and the value of QC sample were in the acceptable ranges.The method developed in this study is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.It can be widely applied in clinical medicine.
