摘    要:RNA干涉(RNA interference,RNAi)是由双链RNA(double strand RNA,ds RNA)引起的转录后基因沉默机制,具有序列特异性和高效性,RNAi作为一门新的基因阻断技术,在基础医学研究及基因治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。对RNAi作用机制及其在疾病发病机制及治疗方面的研究进展进行了概述。

Abstract:RNA interference (RNAi) is a phenomenon by which the double stranded RNA (dsRNA) induces targeted degradation of RNA molecules with homologous sequences in vitro and in vivo. It has some features such as specific,efficient and quick etc. RNAi is a new tool for silencing gene expression. RNAi is currently used for both clinic medical study and gene specific therapeutic intervention that target the mRNAs of pathogenic genes. Here the mechanism and application of RNAi are reviewed.
