甲状腺功能亢进病人的个性测定分析

为探讨甲状腺功能亢进病人A型性格的状况，寻找疾病诱发因素的高危因子，采用全国心身医学协作研究组A型性格问卷，对已确诊的60例甲亢病人进行调查，并与正常人作对照，结果：甲亢病人中A型性格者显著高于对照组，且急躁和紧迫感得分亦高于对照组，提示：甲亢病人中A型性格者较多，急躁和时间感可能是应激因素中重要的危险因素。

Analysis on Personality Assessment of Patients With Hyperthyroidism

To probe into the relation between patients with hyperthyroidism and one's type A character and to find the high risk induction factors of the disease, 60 cases of confirmed hyperthyroidism were investigated by filling out the type A character questionnaire and compared it with normal control group.The questionnaire was worked out by national psychosomatic medicine cooperative study group. Results: type A character among hyperthyroidism patients was remarkably higher than that in control group,and scores of impetuosity and imminence of patients were higher than that of control group. Suggested that large percentage of the hyperthyroidism were of type A character. The most important risk factors among the stress factors may be impetuosity and imminence.
