摘    要:
目的观察不同角度对X-Rite’s ShadeVision系统测量比色板结果的影响。方法将一副新的Vita16色比色板固定在粉红色的蜡中。X-Rite’s ShadeVision系统分别在平行于比色板唇面,5°、10°、15°向左右侧和切向、龈向倾斜时测量颜色,以L*,a*,b*及Vita16色比色板色片颜色表示测量结果。计算ΔL,Δa,Δb和ΔE*ab,数据用单因素方差分析。结果向右倾斜5°、10°、15°时L*值分别减少0.22,0.97和0.93,而向左倾斜L*增加;垂直向角度改变时,L*值增加;最大的ΔL值在向龈向倾斜15°(2.84)和向切向倾斜15°(2.37),这导致相应位置出现最大的ΔE*ab(3.22±0.37)和(2.50±0.63),15°向左和右倾斜时,ΔE*ab分别为1.87±0.59和1.20±0.25。与其他位置比较,向龈向和切向15°时,ΔE*ab明显高(P<0.05)。结论X-Rite’sShadeVision测量时,正确的测量位置对获得准确的测量结果非常重要,角度的偏移,尤其是垂直向的倾斜会影响测量结果。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of angle deviations on X-Rite's ShadeVision measurements of Vitapan Classical shade tabs. Methods A new set of Vitapan Classical shade guide(Bad Sckingen,Germany) tabs were embedded in pink denture resin.Angle guide devices were fabricated so that the measuring tip of X-Rite's ShadeVision(Michigan,USA) would be placed at thirteen defined angles,including parallel to horizontal plane as the desired measurement,and 5°,10° or 15° incisal,gingival,left or right(5°,10° or 15° incisal,gingival,left or right inclination from the facial horizontal plane).Three CIELAB measurements were made for each set-up.The delta L~*,delta a~*,delta b~* and delta Eab values were calculated.The data were analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA and Student-Newman-keuls multiple comparison methods.Results The L~* values were reduced at 0.22,0.97 and 0.93 for left inclination of 5°,10° or 15°,respectively,while they increased when the right side of the tip formed an angle.Angle deviations in either the incisal or gingival sites also increased the L~* values.As expected,the greatest delta L~* values were detected at 15° incisal(2.84) and gingival(2.37) deviations,which also resulted in the greatest delta E~*ab values(3.22±0.37 and 2.50±0.63 for the 15o incisal and gingival,respectively). The delta Eab values of 15° right and left angle deviations were 1.87±0.59 and 1.20±0.25,respectively.Data analyses showed that,compared with other deviations,the delta E~*ab values of 15° incisal and gingival were significant higher(P<0.05) and they were also significantly different from each other(P<0.05).Conclusion Proper positioning of X-Rite's ShadeVision measuring tip is critical to obtain correct tooth color measurement,and angle deviations,particularly on the incisal and gingival sides,with need to be adequately controlled during the measurement.
