| 摘 要： | 探讨肝外胆管癌的诊断与治疗。方法:男58例,女14例,共72例,平均年龄58.3岁。上段占75％,中段11.1％,下段13.86％。本组病人均依靠临床表现及B超检查做出初步诊断,术中B超扫查明确肿瘤部位、范围、门脉通畅情况以指导手术。结果与结论:本组总切除率45.83％,其中上段为33.33％,中段62.5％,下段为100％。对不能切除者行胆肠内、外引流术,以改善病人生存质量,延长生存时间。 |

| Abstract: | Aims:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Methods: 72 patients with extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were operated in which tumors located at upper third of the extrahepatic bile duct were 75%, at middle part 11.1% and at lower part 13.86%. The initial diagnosis were made with clinical symptoms and ultrasonography. The accurate status of the site and size of tumor and patancy of the portal vein were further assisted with the aid of intraoperative ultrasonography. Results and conclusions: Total rate of resection was 45.83% where 33.33% in upper part, 62.5% in middle and 100% in lower. The intrahepatic cholangiojejunostomy and drainage of bile duct were done for the patients with nonresectable cancer to prolong survival and improve quality of life. |
