| Abstract: | Objective To explore the importance of nutritional support in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Method Adopt mix pathway of intravenous and intranasal way to observe markers change of nutritional support at different stages such as plasma albumin,transferring, muscle surrounding of upper limb and skin fold of triceps muscle in 17 cases of severe craniocerebral injuries during 1998～ 2000.Results All the nutritional markers decreased quickly after operation,resumed essentially after 4 weeks and became normal after 8 weeks through nutritional support therapy.Conclusion The homogenate provisions made by ourselves is similar to normal diet with sufficient nutrition and easy to be digested,which suit for patients with craniocerebral injuries especially. |
