| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应急救援综合系统对突发化学中毒事件的应急能力和预防事故的发生.方法进行技术储备,在日常工作中随时做好技术支援、业务联络、组织管理、设备应用上的准备.结果我区的化学中毒应急救援系统已初步建立,在一系列化学中毒事件中,相关人员按照预定的处理方案,有条不紊,各负其责,工作效率大大提高.结论应进一步加强研究,完善中毒事件应急救援系统.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the ability of rapid reaction to and how to prevent chemical poisoning accidents followed by the system of the emergency and rescue. Methods With the establishment of technical reservations, preparations were made for technique support, business liaison, organization management, and equipment application. Results The system of emergency and rescue has been built up in the district. The related persons can process the affairs as the predetermined plan in a series of accidents. Meanwhile, the work effectiveness has been improved greatly. Conclusion It is necessary that more researches should be strengthened to perfect the system. |
