| 摘 要： | 目的观察解毒疏络法预防放射性肺损伤的临床疗效。方法设立单纯放疗组(对照组)62例,放疗加解毒疏络法组(治疗组)64例。以肿瘤客观疗效、放射性肺损伤的评定及分级、毒副反应情况、生活质量状况为指标进行临床疗效观察。结果治疗组肿瘤客观疗效、放射性肺损伤的发生、毒副反应情况、生活质量状况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒疏络法有一定的预防放射性肺损伤的作用,且可改善肿瘤客观疗效,提高患者生活质量,减轻放疗毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical curative effect of "Jiedu Shuluo Decoction" on preventing the lung radioactive damnification. Methods 62 cases were treated only by the radiotherapy (control group);another 64 cases were treated by radiotherapy and "Jiedu Shuluo Decoction" (treatment group). The clinical curative effect,assessment and classification of radioactive lung damnification,negative effects and life quality were observed. Results The clinical curative effect of the treatment group were better than those of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion This Decoction is effective for radioactive lung damnification,and improving clinical effects,life quality and negative effects. |
