食管癌危险因素的病例对照研究

摘    要:目的 探讨邯郸市食管癌高发的危险因素.方法 采用1∶1配对病例对照回顾调查,在邯郸市第一医院选择病例和对照,按照性别和年龄配对,应用logistic回归对研究变量进行分析.结果 多因素分析结果显示进食速度快、喜食烫食、食道病变、食管癌家族史及性格抑郁为食管癌危险因素.而常吃蔬菜、良好的人际关系则显出对食管具有保护作用.结论 食管癌发病受饮食习惯、食道病变和食管癌家族史的影响.
