| 摘 要： | 应用离体脑片灌流技术，观察了益气活血法对海马CA1区诱发群峰电位（PS）的影响。结果表明，益气法和益气活血法能增大PS幅值，活血法使PS幅值减小，并呈一定的量效关系；三个实验组均可延长缺氧过程中PS开始减小时间和消失时间；减少缺氧损伤电位（HIP）的出现率，增加复氧后PS的恢复率。提示益气法可兴奋脑细胞和促进突触传递功能，活血法则有抑制脑细胞过度兴奋和突触传递的作用。三种治法均能提高脑细胞的耐缺氧能力，减轻和防止缺氧所致的突触传递功能的不可逆损伤，对急性缺氧脑细胞有保护作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of the therapy of reinforcing Qi and activating blood circulation on thc evoked population spike (PS)in the CA1 area of the hippocampus were studied by hippocampal brain slices. The results showed that thetherapy of reinforcing Qi could increase the excitability of neurons,enhance the transmission of nerval synapsis,the therapy of activating blood circulation could slow down the transmissin of nerval synapsis, inhibit the excitability of neurons. All three therapy could increase the hypoxia tolerance of brain neorons, prevent the neruonsfrom inreversible damage,and exerts a protective effect on acute cerebral hypoxic injury. |
