| 摘 要： | 目的:探索行之有效的继续医学教育新途径,制定加强医院实习生管理的相关政策。方法:通过对当前实习生管理现状进行调查研究,重点分析了医院实习生管理面临的挑战和存在的问题。结果:根据存在的问题分析,提出了新形势下做好实习生管理工作的对策与建议。结论:建立临床医学实习管理新模式,是探索做好实习生管理的重要实践。 |
