| 摘 要： | 白介素 - 12 (IL 12 )是一种异源二聚体细胞因子 ,被认为是细胞免疫应答过程中的关键调节因子。IL 12能激活NK细胞、T细胞 ,并诱使其分泌大量IFN γ ,抑制肿瘤血管生成 ,对多种肿瘤的预防和治疗显示了良好的应用前景。综述了IL 12及其抗肿瘤方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Interleukin 12(IL 12)is a heterodimeric cytokine.It has been revealed to be a key regulator of the immue response.IL 12 exerts a potent anti tumor effect,which is possibly mediated by multiple mechanisms including activation of NK and NKT cells;induction of cytotoxic T lymphocytes,and inhibition of angiogenesis.We review herein the advances of the antitumor effects of IL 12. |
