妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制物的活性变化

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI)的活性变化。方法采用发色底物法和酶联免疫吸附法测定40例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(妊娠期高血压疾病组)、20例正常非孕妇女(正常非孕组)及20例正常晚孕妇女(正常晚孕组)血浆组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI)活性,并进行比较。结果正常晚孕组和妊娠期高血压疾病组血浆t-PA水平显著高于正常非孕组(P<0.001),而妊娠期高血压疾病各组与正常晚孕组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常晚孕组和妊娠期高血压疾病各组血浆PAI水平均显著高于正常非孕组(P<0.001),妊娠期高血压疾病各组血浆PAI水平显著高于正常晚孕组(P<0.01),子痫患者血浆PAI水平显著高于妊娠期高血压和子痫前期患者(P<0.05),子痫前期患者血浆PAI水平显著高于妊娠期高血压患者(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者血液纤溶抑制系统水平升高。

Activity of plasma tissue plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

ObjectiveTo investigate the activity of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.MethodsThe activity of plasma t-PA and PAI were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)respectively in 40 cases with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP group),20 nonfertile women(unpregnancy group)and 20 pregnant women(pregnant woman group).ResultsThe level of plasma t-PA was higher in HDCP group and pregnant woman group than that in unpregnancy group(P<0.001),but there was no statistical significance between HDCP group and pregnant woman group(P>0.05).The level of plasma PAI was higher in HDCP group and pregnant woman group than that in unpregnancy group(P<0.001),the level of plasma PAI was higher in HDCP group than that in pregnant woman group(P<0.01).The level of PAI in patients with eclamptism was higher than that in patients with gestational hypertension or eclampsism(P<0.05),and it was higher in patients with eclampsism than that in patients with gestational hypertension(P<0.05).ConclusionThe level of plasminogen inhibitor increases in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
