| 摘 要： | 目的:观察左卡尼汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年缺血性心肌病(ICM)心力衰竭的短期疗效。方法:选择老年ICM心力衰竭患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。2组患者均接受调脂、抗血小板和抗心肌缺血的基础治疗以及常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在此基础上静脉滴注左卡尼汀并口服曲美他嗪。疗程均为2周。观察2组患者治疗前后心功能分级、实验室检查各指标以及采用彩色多普勒超声测量左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:观察组的心功能、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无肝肾功能异常。结论:左卡尼汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年ICM心力衰竭短期疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。 |
