中医药干预干眼病的临床及实验研究进展

摘    要:
综述中医药干预干眼病的临床及实验研究进展。临床研究方面,依据干眼病的病因病机,对肝肾阴虚型、肺阴不足型、肝郁阴虚型、肝旺脾虚型等不同证型的干眼病患者进行辨证论治,采用中药方剂内服、中药滴眼液外用、针灸等中医药疗法能显著改善患者的症状,增加其泪液分泌量,延长泪膜破裂时间;实验研究方面,多种中药复方、单味药、提取物及单体对药物(如东莨菪碱、阿托品、高渗盐水)和手术(如去势、腺体摘除)诱导的干眼病动物模型具有治疗作用,其作用机制与免疫、炎症、氧化应激、细胞凋亡、激素等相关。
