面部瘢痕的手术治疗

目的 探讨面部瘢痕的手术治疗方法及疗效.方法 对131例面部瘢痕患者分别采用切除直接缝合术、分次切除缝合术、切除加局部皮瓣修复术、切除加全厚皮片移植术治疗,术后用美宝疤痕软膏治疗3个月至1年.结果 131例面部瘢痕患者术后伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,治疗后随访6个月～12个月,切口缝合处瘢痕不明显,仅有2例植皮区皮片颜色较周围皮肤深,其余外观及功能恢复理想.结论 面部瘢痕经非手术治疗疗效不佳时,可考虑手术治疗.不同面部瘢痕应采用不同手术方法治疗,术后外涂美宝疤痕软膏治疗,能达到理想效果.

The Surgical Treatment of Facial Scar

bjective To investigate the method and effect of surgical treatment of facial scar on which nonsurgical method is less effective. Method 131 cases of facial scar were treated by operations of direct suture after excision, gradational excision and suture, excision with local skin flap prosthesis or excision with full -thickness skin flap grafting, and then MEBO Scar Ointment was topically used for 3 months or a year. Results The appearance and function of all 131 cases recovered well at the stage I without obvious sear on the surgical suture sites with 6 - 12 months＇ followed - up except two cases of skin flap pigmentation on grafting site. Conclusion Surgical treatment may be adopted for facial sear on which nonsurgical method is less effective. Various facial scars could be treated with different surgical methods in combination with MEBO Scar Ointment application topically so as to achieve the optimal results.
