| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对烧伤残余创面的治疗作用.方法 对62例因不同原因引发的烧伤残余创面,分别采用MEBO包扎和传统换药包扎方法治疗.结果 MEBO换药组在28 d之内有33例愈合,传统换药组有20例愈合,他们的愈合率分别为97%和71%.结论 MEBO对烧伤残余创面的疗效优于传统治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） in treating residual burn wound. Method MEBO and conventional dressing method were applied to manage 62 cases of residual burn wounds caused by various factors. Results MEBO group all healed within 28 days of treatment except one case; eight cases remained unhealed of conventional dressing group. Conclusion MEBO is proved to be more effective than conventional methods in treating residual burn wounds. |
