Abstract: | Summary Interparietal hernias are rare but in most cases should not present any particular difficulty with diagnosis or subsequent management. However, in difficult cases magnetic resonance imaging may prove to be the most useful investigation in the future. In this case report we described such a hernia in an adult, which was provisionally diagnosed as a caecal carcinoma. |
