| 摘 要： | 目的探讨军人护士大量减员情况下军队医院的护理科研管理。方法采用激励机制，提高聘用护士学历层次。将护理科研任务落实到科室和个人，加强护士科研能力培训，提高科研素质。结果获得基金资助科研项目及护理论文、获奖数量均有所增加。结论采取激励机制及有效的管理措施，可以提高护理人员的科研能力。
