| 摘 要： | 目的观察发病早期针刺艾灸结合分期治疗周围性面瘫的疗效,探讨针灸治疗周围性面瘫的规律。方法选择发病3 d内又未经其他治疗的周围性面瘫患者66例,随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(32例)。治疗组分期施治,全程足三里温针灸,急性期灸面部、翳风刺络拔罐、针远道穴,静止期面部多针浅刺、经筋排刺,恢复期面部少穴透刺。对照组不分期,始终局远配穴、面部艾条灸、足三里温针灸。两组各以5 d为1个疗程,4个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组,疗程与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论周围性面瘫发病早期恰当针刺艾灸结合分期治疗,疗程短、愈显率高。
