低分子肝素钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察

目的:探讨低分子肝素钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床效果。方法:将住院治疗的TIA患者62例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予低分子肝素钙治疗,对照组给予血栓通治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为83.87%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组TIA与脑梗死总发生率为6.45%,对照组为25.81%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组出现头痛1例,观察组出现注射处轻度皮下瘀斑1例,均未出现牙龈、脑、消化道等出血现象。结论:低分子肝素钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床效果优于血栓通,值得临床应用。

Effect of low molecular heparin in treating patients with transient ischemic attack

Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular heparin in treating cases with transient ischemic attack（TIA）.Method The 62 cases with transient ischemic attack in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group received the treatment of low molecular heparin and the control group received the treatment of sanqi panax notoginseng.Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 83.87% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.The incidence rate of TIA and cerebral infarction was 6.45 % in the observation group and 25.81% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.There was 1 case with headache in the observation group and 1 case with slight subcutaneous ecchymosis,and there was no cases with bleeding of gum,brain and enteron.Conclusion The effect of low molecular heparin in treating cases with transient ischemic attack is superior to that of sanqi panax notoginseng,so it is worth being used widely.
