| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同手术方式对肝胆管结石疗效的影响。方法:选取65例肝胆管结石患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组35例采用微创治疗,对照组30例采用传统手术方式治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中的出血量、术后的引流时间明显低于对照组,观察组术后的残石率、复发率及并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创下胆管镜联合T管引流治疗肝胆管结石的临床疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate different surgical methods on the efficacy of bile duct stones.Methods 65 cases of bile duct stones were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,observed in 35 patients with minimally invasive therapy,30 patients using the traditional surgical treatment,clinical effects were observed.Results The operative time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage was significantly lower than the control group to observe the postoperative residual stone rate,relapse rate and incidence of complications and death was significantly lower than the control group,the two groups the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive endoscopic bile duct under the T-tube drainage of the hepatolithiasis treatment efficacy good,worthy of clinical application. |
