两种牙根充糊剂充填乳牙根管的临床疗效分析

目的:比较碘仿氢氧化钙(V itapex)及氧化锌丁香油两种糊剂作为乳牙根管充填材料的临床疗效。方法:将107例(150颗乳牙)乳牙根尖周炎儿童随机分为两组,实验A组用V itapex糊剂根管充填78颗牙,对照B组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管充填72颗牙,观察1年后的疗效。结果:试验A组显效率为93.58%,对照B组显效率为83.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成功率A组98.72%,B组94.44%。结论:V itapex糊剂用于乳牙根管充填的疗效比用氧化锌丁香油糊剂根管充填疗效更理想。

Clinical analysis of two kinds of root canal filling paste filling deciduous teeth root canal

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of the calcium hydroxide iodoform（Vitapex） and zinc oxide eugenol paste as root canal filling material in primary teeth.Method Total 107 children（150 teeth） with periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group（group A） with Vitapex paste in root canal filling 78 teeth,the control group（group B） with zinc oxide eugenol paste root canal filling 72 teeth,the patients were observed 1 year after treatment.Results In group A,the markedly effective rate was 93.58%,the markedly effective rate were 83.33% in group B,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The success rate in group A was 98.72%,and 94.44% in group B.Conclusion The efficacy of Vitapex paste used for primary teeth root canal filling is better than zinc oxide eugenol paste.
