| 摘 要： | 目的:分析肺肉瘤样癌的X线及CT表现,提高对本病的认识及术前诊断率.方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的11例肺肉瘤样癌的影像资料,11例均行术前X线检查,8例行CT平扫,其中5例行增强扫描,将影像表现与病理进行对照分析.结果:11例肺肉瘤样癌均为单发,其中左肺5例,右肺6 例.中央型3例(27.3%),周围型8例(72....
